What We Do

Bible Classes

Each Wednesday we spend time studying the Bible with the students that come for English Classes. During this time we tell a Bible story in Khmer, sing Khmer worship songs, memorize Bible passages as well as create a craft.

English Classes

We teach English to students on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. We teach 4 class periods per day and each class period is an hour and a half long. We are currently teaching Level 1 and Level 2 to students from ages 7 – 25 years old.

Computer Classes

At Redeeming Rain Center students have the opportunity to learn basic computer skills. Some of those skills include typing, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and basic networking. The Computer class is taught three days a week, two class periods per day.

Library

With over 400 Usborne books in our library the students take advantage of every minute it is open. We have a wide range of genres including: encyclopedias, science, nature, activity books and lots of picture books. Our library is open on Tuesday and Thursday.
